Last Minute Discount
At arrival (and payment) within one week after reservation you will get a discount of 20%.
At arrival (and payment) within one month after reservation you will get a discount of 10%.
Details
• The minimal period for a reservation is 7 nights.
• Per reservation there will be charged €35,00 for cleaning.
• We don't charge any reservation fees.
• Children under the age of one will not be included in the costs or the usage of water and electricity.
• For extra elektricity usage, you will be charged € 0,30 per KWh.
• For extra water usage, you will be charged € 9,00 per kub.
• The owner can, if agreed, take care of the transport from and to the airport. This will cost you €7,50 per person for a single trip. Per trip we will charge the minimal of € 22,50.
