The House
General information
The house has been built in 2007 and lies in the middle of the island in the bungalow park 'Kashutuin'. The park contains 40 modern properties and the entrance to the park is closed by a remote control operated barrier at night. Within walking distance is the hotel/restaurant 'Landhuis Daniel'.
Living room
The living room is a cosy and comfortable area with next to it a dining table suitable and chairs suitable for up to 6 people.
TV and CD-player are also available.
Kitchen
The kitchen contains a fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and an electric kettle, (glass)crockery and cutlery for 8 people. Dishcloths are provided. There is also an iron and ironing board available.
Terras
The spacious porch at the back of the house has a large table with six adjustable chairs.
Bedrooms
The house has three bedrooms.
Two front bedrooms contain two single box spring beds each and the third back bedroom has one double box spring bed. The front debroom has an extra box spring bed.
The bedrooms also contain airco, bed cabinets, wardrobe and a wardrobe and a desk.
There is space for an extra bed or a cot in two of the bedrooms.
The front bedroom shares a shower and toilet with the middle bedroom. The master bedroom has its own shower and toilet en suite.
Bed linen is changed weekly.
Bathrooms
The house has two bathrooms with toilet and shower. Bathroom towels are changed weekly. Hair dryer is also provided.
Small children
There is a childs cot available (up to 14 kilo) and a childs chair.
Parking
On the property is the possibility to park two cars.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool is maintained weekly by a professional company. The swimming pool is automatically filled from our own source. The water usage is paid by the landlord.
Telephone/Internet
The is no phone in the house. To call cheaply or to use the internet we advise going to one of the many internet cafe's in the area.
Naturally you can use your own provider.
Information about Curacao
There are many leaflets, books, maps and CD's available about places of interest on the island.
Water and electricity
The tap water in Curacao is made from sea water and of very good quality. Drinking the tap water is not a problem. The water and the electricity are expensive. Normal usage is covered on the rental price. By extreme usage however there will be an additional charge.
